Somebody says yes to your department. What happens over the following month is mostly paperwork, and it is the part the hall controls completely.
This course is short on purpose. Three films carry the teaching, the text carries the steps, and every lesson ends with a couple of situations you can answer for yourself. It covers intake, orientation, the first dates on the calendar, and the records that have to outlast the officer who wrote them. It covers nothing that happens at an incident.
Fire hall officers: who own an intake from first contact to first practice night.
Training officers: who have to show later what a member has done.
Department administrators: who keep the calendar, the forms and the membership list current.
